Dr. Guy Meadows is a sleep specialist and founder of The Sleep School London. He is a leading figure in the area of chronic insomnia, pioneering the use of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and mindfulness treatment.He trains therapists in the UK and abroad and has helped thousands of chronic insomnia sufferers to achieve good quality sleep.
In addition to his clinic, live workshops, and book “The Sleep Book”, he recently launched The Sleep School’s App designed to help insomnia sufferers around the world. He also works with large organizations to improve the sleep of their employees via The Sleep School Professional programme.
